As Managing Partner of Lincolnshire Capital, Judd leads the firm’s corporate advisory practice, with a particular focus on sell-side M&A transactions. Appel has over 20 years of global expertise in transaction advisory services and investment banking. Judd is also the co-lead for Mowery & Schoenfeld’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where we provide deal advisory services with expertise in Quality of Earnings (QOE) analysis.
Prior to joining Mowery & Schoenfeld, Appel was the Head of Transaction Advisory Services for another growing firm. His experience includes nearly 20 years with blue-chip companies where he held a variety of roles including CFO, Corporate Development, and Investment Banking. Judd has spent time working domestically and globally with large, multinational accounting firms, infrastructure groups, and capital advisors. Appel’s experience includes both public, private- and sponsor- backed clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing & distribution, automotive, aerospace, technology, and healthcare. Judd has executed nearly 100 transactions with combined transaction prices exceeding $10 billion.
Judd holds both his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. When he’s not at the office, Judd hangs out with his family and friends, or travels the globe. He has a great memory and loves to spend his free time investing and managing money.
